Let’s cook – Beetroot and smoked tofu paste


  • 1 cooked beetroot,
  • 150g of smoked tofu,
  • 1/2 glass of sunflower seeds,
  • juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 1 spoon of yeast flakes,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
  • freshly ground pepper to taste.


  1. Dice the beetroot, put into a blender, add hand crushed tofu and all other ingredients. Blend it all to get a smooth paste.
  2. Serve with your favourite breadstuff or pies or as pancake filling.
