- 1 cooked beetroot,
- 150g of smoked tofu,
- 1/2 glass of sunflower seeds,
- juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 1 spoon of yeast flakes,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Dice the beetroot, put into a blender, add hand crushed tofu and all other ingredients. Blend it all to get a smooth paste.
- Serve with your favourite breadstuff or pies or as pancake filling.
