Ingredients
- 1/2 glass of soy milk,
- 1 spoon of yeast flakes,
- 1 spoon of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of mustard,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black salt (kala namak),
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup,
- 1 and 1/2 glass of rapeseed oil.
Preparation
First version
- Pour soy milk into a tall container and add all the ingredients apart from the oil.
- Blend till everything mixes, then add oil and mix everything again.
Second version
- Add 1 ripe mango to 1 glass of mayonnaise and blend it.
