Let’s cook – Vegan mango mayonaisse!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 glass of soy milk,
  • 1 spoon of yeast flakes,
  • 1 spoon of lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black salt (kala namak),
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup,
  • 1 and 1/2 glass of rapeseed oil.

Preparation

First version

  1. Pour soy milk into a tall container and add all the ingredients apart from the oil.
  2. Blend till everything mixes, then add oil and mix everything again.

Second version

  1. Add 1 ripe mango to 1 glass of mayonnaise and blend it.
