Let’s cook – Baked sweet potatoes


  • 1 big sweet potato,
  • 2 spoons of rapeseed oil,
  • green sauce,
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil,
  • chives to sprinkle.


  1. Cut the sweet potato in half, grease the cut side with oil, put it that side down on parchment paper. Pierce the side with the skin using a fork. Put into an oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 40 minutes till it gets soft.
  2. Serve the sweet potato with green sauce, chives and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes or any other ingredients.
