Let’s cook – Baked sweet potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 big sweet potato,
- 2 spoons of rapeseed oil,
- green sauce,
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil,
- chives to sprinkle.
Preparation
- Cut the sweet potato in half, grease the cut side with oil, put it that side down on parchment paper. Pierce the side with the skin using a fork. Put into an oven preheated to 180C and bake for about 40 minutes till it gets soft.
- Serve the sweet potato with green sauce, chives and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes or any other ingredients.
